Synopsis

Smoke rises from a chimney and drifts into the sky. On stage, Shoko recalls her younger sister, Nobuko. Time shifts to Japan’s Warring States period, where Oda Nobunaga faces betrayal and death. Unsatisfied, he makes a contract with a demigod, and a demon saves him, sending him to Tokyo in 1994—five hundred years later. In a world ruled by corporations and money, Nobunaga builds a game company and rises to the top. Yet guilt remains: he once sacrificed his sister Oichi for ambition. The turning point comes when he meets a mysterious woman—Nobuko—about to die on train tracks. Nobunaga sacrifices himself to save her. Smoke rises again: Nobuko draws in the sky.
