Hali Welly, hails from Arunachal Pradesh, India is a multi-talented personality. He serves as the President of the Film Federation of Arunachal (FFA), where he actively promotes the growth of the local film scene. Hali has been a key figure in creating some memorable projects in the area, including the popular feature film 'ITANAGAR 0 KM'. He has been a line producer for recent Bollywood film "Bhediya". Recently he has directed feature film – The Redemption which tours dozens of film festivals with rave reviews.
