Mr . Rai holds Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Joined DDA in 1976 & retired as Executive Engineer (Civil) on 31 st January 2011. During this tenure did so many housing projects, construction of roads etc. In 1983 , he established an Educational Society named Shimla Education & Welfare Society (Regd.). Now running under the society “Kala Niketan Group of Senior Secondary Schools” affiliated with CBSE . Art & Culture is in his blood since beginning of school life. This passion bring him to Bollywood And Kala Niketan Entertainment (Delhi-Mumbai based) was established in 1912. Now he is the Prime Member of IMPPA & WIFPA , Mumbai . He has produced , directed & released on silver screen feature film LAAT SAHAB (1912), MY FRIEND’S DULHANIYA (2017) & NOBEL PEACE (2020). Nobel Peace deals with Kasmiri youth issue , bags multiple awards & acclaimed in international film festival circuit. He has also produced more than 400 regional video songs & released on my U-Tube channel @Kala Niketan. Now he is working on his next feature film ,Three E’s are attached with him ; Engineering I Education I Entertainment.
