Santhana Prapthirasthu is a romantic comedy-drama about love, marriage, and societal expectations around parenthood. Chaitanya, a gentle software engineer, and Kalyani, a strong-willed woman, marry against her father Eshwar Rao’s wishes. Hoping to win his acceptance, they believe having a child will mend ties. Their plans falter when Chaitanya learns he has a low sperm count. Meanwhile, Eshwar Rao returns, trying to separate them within 100 days. As pressure mounts, Chaitanya questions his worth and considers stepping aside, while Kalyani remains unaware. Ultimately, both men realise true love lies in respecting her choice—children should be born out of love and understanding, not societal pressure.
