This black and white film is set against a rural Bangalore, it reimagines the life of Italian painter Antonio Mancini as a Kannada period drama rooted in Karnataka’s soil. Born into poverty, Mancini was obsessed with painting while the villagers are busy handling the everyday life, his friends try to cure him off his obsession, which then pushes him further into deep psychosis of seeing and hearing people, will his dreams of becoming a painter come true or will society design his destiny.
